Help us rebuild our Roller Hockey Rink!

On March 20, 2024, high winds triggered a wildfire that spread to our hockey rink. Much of the rink was destroyed, along with the player's shed containing hockey gear, rink equipment, tools, skates, uniforms, and more. Madison Hockey League, Madison Parks and Recreation, and Support Hoover Ridge have been fundraising for the Hoover Ridge Outdoor Recreation Center, which also includes a new roller hockey rink, but funds are needed now more than ever to have the rink built as quickly as possible. We need your help! We hope you consider donating, purchasing raffle tickets for the Hockey UTV, or participating in our many fundraisers over the year.
Checks can be made payable to Support Hoover Ridge, Inc. and include "Hockey" in the memo (P.O. Box 435, Madison, VA 22727 or delivered to the Parks and Rec office at Hoover Ridge Park). We can also accept PayPal, Venmo, and debit cards.

Youth Sports Scholarship Fund
Madison County Parks and Recreation is excited to offer scholarship opportunities for families needing financial assistance. The scholarship is available for all MCPRA youth sports and camp programs. This fund is dependent upon donations by community members and organizations.
