Pooch Pursuit Fun Run
Join us for the Pooch Pursuit Fun Run – where wagging tails set the pace, paws pound the pavement, and every step is a stride towards fun, fitness, and furry camaraderie! This is a light-hearted event where dogs and their owners come together for a fun run or walk. Enjoy a non-competitive, relaxing experience that promotes an active lifestyle and celebrates the bond between dogs and their owners. Owners and dogs are welcome to wear costumes and enter the contest for fun prizes!
We will be partnering with the Madison County Animal Shelter, who will bring adoptable dogs for people to exercise and/or adopt.
Registration is free, but all participants are encouraged to bring donations of dog food, toys, treats, or other items for the shelter.
The course will be marked for 1/2, 1, and 3.1 (5k) mile runs.
