Refund Policies - Athletics, Programs, and Camps
Each Youth/Adult sports program has a set refund policy. Refund policies also depend on the type of program run.
For Team Sports - please check with the sports commissioners for refund instructions. All refund requests must be submitted to the commissioner first, and if/once approved, MCPRA can process. Refund Request Forms are posted below.
For Instructor-Based Programs - if the program has not started, full refunds may be given. If the program has started, it is up to the Instructor to decide. If programs are cancelled midway due to weather (or nationwide pandemic!), our Instructors are asked, in good faith, to make arrangements to credit in future sessions or offer additional sessions at a later date.
For Camps - after the registration close date, registrations can be transferred to other weeks if space is available. Deposits are forfeited if a child is unable to attend and is not transferred to another week. Refunds (less deposit) can be issued if notified by the Friday before camp by 4:00pm. After 4:00pm, balance must be paid or transferred to another week.
If supplies, uniforms, or other equipment has been ordered for your child based on their registration prior to the season start date (once registration closes), parent/guardian may not receive a full refund to cover the costs associated with the registration.
If there is a balance owed on the account, no refund will be issued until the balance is paid.
All refunds are still made on a case-by-case basis. MCPRA reserves the right to deny refunds.
